Three Exclusive Pharmacy Networks
ClaritasPSM was founded by pharmacists who knew the challenges that a pharmacy goes through when taking care of Hospice patients. The PBM is inflating the cost for the hospices and reimburses as little as possible to the pharmacy.
We began by building an exclusive network of Preferred Independent Pharmacies that can provide what we feel are essential billable services for any Hospice. Our hospice partners know their pharmacies are the real deal. You know you'll get compensated for providing excellent service.
Then, we set up a system that gives fair reimbursement for the pharmacy.
We offer 3 network statuses based on the services you provide:
- Preferred - You meet our highest standard of hospice required pharmacy services
- Narrow - You provide some essential services, but not all required for Preferred Network status
- Open - Chain pharmacies available as a backup for our hospice partners. Reserved for pharmacies with a limited-service set.
We have over 65,000 pharmacies in our Open network and over 10,000 in our Preferred and Narrow Networks.
